Business & product
Harry Scott
Harry runs Thirsty Dog Bottle and is developing Cryvector and WashScope. That experience connects the design and build to the day-to-day realities of running a business.
He also has hands-on experience building drones and sensors, and deploying hardware. His work connects practical systems with the software that supports them.

How we approach a project
Clear before complex.
Understand it first.
The problem, the people using it and the constraints—not a technology shopping list.
Agree the work.
A written scope, delivery milestones and a clear price before the build starts.
Keep it practical.
Review progress together, test before launch and agree the handover and support.
